The decision on refunds and cancellation shall be based at the sole discretion of M/s Kanchan Sweets & Pastries and shall be final and binding.
- Kanchan Sweets & Pastries offer refund for the following conditions:
- If the product is not received even after 10 working days (Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays excluded).
- Product lost while shipping.
- If the item or the quantity of the item on your order is unavailable, Kanchan Sweets & Pastries will contact you on the contact number/email address provided to them at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event the order can be cancelled and the refund will be made in accordance with the refund policy.
- After receiving the order if there are defects in the product or it has perished, you may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Kanchan Sweets & Pastries cannot offer refund for the following reasons:
- Shipment cannot be delivered because of Recipient unavailability or incorrect address.
- Shipment cannot be delivered due to locked premises.
- Shipment cannot be delivered because of the incorrect, unreachable and no response contact number.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.
- If the recipient refused to accept the products.
- Customer didn’t contact us within the mentioned time frame.
- We will refund the amount in the same form we received the payment and it is normally done within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer about the refund.
- Refund process takes about two weeks post giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).
- Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 2 day before the mentioned time frame, in the meantime please call your local courier hub and inquire about the status of your parcel using the Tracking code of courier given at the time of booking shipment confirmation.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.
- Kanchan Sweets & Pastries can cancel the order in the following circumstances:
- in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us;
- Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
- Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor
